This is not only a requirement for entire homes or tourist apartments: room-by-room rentals and student accommodations are subject to the same new national regulation that came into effect in 2024. Platforms like Ukio.com, Spotahome.com, Flatio.com Uniplaces.com , Universityrooms.com , Student.com , Spain Student Housing and even AirBnb and Booking will soon require this NRA to publish listings.
